Dr. Lagonigro graduated from Rutgers University (formerly UMDNJ) with a doctoral degree in physical therapy. He has over 15 years of experience treating patients of all ages and abilities. Dr. Lagonigro treats most orthopedic conditions including sprains/strains, neck and lower back injuries, degenerative disorders, post-op conditions, balance deficiencies and sports-related injuries. He has spent time over the years pursuing additional course work related to orthopedics injuries and conditions. This desire to always learn more has lead Dr. Lagonigro to become a Fellow in Training in the Orthopedic Manual Physical Therapy Fellowship at Regis University in Denver, CO. Dr. Lagonigro became board certified in Orthopedics receiving his Orthopedic Clinical Specialist certification. When not with his patients, Dr. Lagonigro is a husband and busy dad of four beautiful little girls. He enjoys spending time outdoors with his girls, gardening, and practicing softball and soccer with his two oldest daughters. When they get a bit a free time, he and his wife Taryn enjoy at-home date nights and going out to dinner with friends.

Alyssa Kievit earned a Bachelor’s Degree with honors in Health Science Studies with a minor in psychology from Quinnipiac University, and a Doctoral Degree (DPT) from Kean University. Alyssa has a passion for working with pregnant and postpartum clients, which began during one of her clinical rotations. During this time, she assisted  newly postpartum woman in safely returning to CrossFit. Since that time, Alyssa has been certified as an Obstetric PT through the APTA and a Pelvic Floor PT through Herman & Wallace. The most rewarding feeling for Alyssa is meeting with a new client, talking about their concerns, then seeing the visible relief when they discover that PT can help them. This feeling is why she started her company Expecting Well. So many women aren’t informed that the pain they feel during pregnancy can be helped, or that they don’t have to deal with leaking when laughing, or that there is more than one position to labor or deliver in that can reduce risk of tearing. A huge goal of Alyssa's is to spread this information so that obstetric and pelvic health PT can become a regular service for expecting mothers and postpartum moms, no matter how far into the postpartum period they are. But most importantly, Alyssa's goal is to help you get back to what you love doing, without pain and without other limitations!
